Registered parents are Paphiopedilum Afghan Chief × Paphiopedilum Commodore. The key influencing species of this hybrid are Paphiopedilum insigne (31.25% subgenus Paphiopedilum section: Paphiopedilum ) Paphiopedilum spicerianum (29.69% ) Paphiopedilum villosum var. boxallii (23.44% subgenus Paphiopedilum section: Paphiopedilum ) listed in order of their genetic contribution.
