Registered parents are Cattleya Bletchleyensis (1899) × Cattleya Rubens (1903). The key influencing species of this hybrid are Cattleya warscewiczii (37.50% subgenus Cattleya section: Cattleya ) Cattleya tenebrosa (25.00% subgenus Crispae section: Crispae series: Cattleyodes ) Cattleya pumila (25.00% subgenus Crispae section: Hadrolaelia series: Hadrolaelia ) listed in order of their genetic contribution.
