Registered parents are Cattleya Luminosa (1901) × Cattleya Antiope (1910). The key influencing species of this hybrid are Cattleya dowiana (62.50% subgenus Cattleya section: Cattleya ) Cattleya tenebrosa (25.00% subgenus Crispae section: Crispae series: Cattleyodes ) Cattleya tigrina (12.50% subgenus Intermediae ) listed in order of their genetic contribution.
