The key influencing species of this hybrid are Cattleya dowiana var. aurea (25.00% subgenus Cattleya section: Cattleya ) Cattleya labiata (25.00% subgenus Cattleya section: Cattleya ) Cattleya dowiana (12.50% subgenus Cattleya section: Cattleya ) listed in order of their genetic contribution.
