Registered parents are Paphiopedilum Goliath (syn Paphiopedilum Dreadnought) × Paphiopedilum Pyramus. The key influencing species of this hybrid are Paphiopedilum insigne (50.00% subgenus Paphiopedilum section: Paphiopedilum ) Paphiopedilum villosum var. boxallii (31.25% subgenus Paphiopedilum section: Paphiopedilum ) Paphiopedilum spicerianum (12.50% ) listed in order of their genetic contribution.
