The orchid Paphiopedilum Canberra is a Paphiopedilum hybrid. registered with the Royal Horticultural Society by Black & Flory in 1942. Registered parents are Paphiopedilum Cameo × Paphiopedilum Robert Paterson. The key influencing species of this hybrid are Paphiopedilum villosum var. boxallii (37.50% subgenus Paphiopedilum section: Paphiopedilum ) Paphiopedilum insigne (29.69% subgenus Paphiopedilum section: Paphiopedilum ) Paphiopedilum spicerianum (18.75% ) listed in order of their genetic contribution.
