It is originated by Woodlawn Registered parents are Cattleya Ardmore × Cattleya Gatton Glory (1907). The key influencing species of this hybrid are Cattleya mossiae (37.50% subgenus Cattleya section: Cattleya ) Cattleya dowiana (32.81% subgenus Cattleya section: Cattleya ) Cattleya warscewiczii (12.50% subgenus Cattleya section: Cattleya ) listed in order of their genetic contribution.
