It is originated by R.Vandyke Registered parents are Cymbidium Sleeping Glow × Cymbidium Mary Ann. The key influencing species of this hybrid are Cymbidium insigne (41.02% section: Cyperorchis ) Cymbidium lowianum (18.55% section: Cyperorchis ) Cymbidium eburneum (14.55% section: Cyperorchis ) listed in order of their genetic contribution.
