The orchid Dendrobium Monarick is a hybrid in the Dendrobium genus. registered with the Royal Horticultural Society by Phoon Yoon Seng in 1980. It is originated by S.Y.Alsagoff Registered parents are Dendrobium Spellbound × Dendrobium Charlie Neel Junior. The key influencing species of this hybrid are Dendrobium schulleri (43.75% section: Spatulata ) Dendrobium bigibbum var. superbum (18.75% ) Dendrobium tokai (9.38% ) listed in order of their genetic contribution.
