Paphiopedilum bellatulum is a species in the Paphiopedilum genus. and known locally as รองเท้านารีฝาหอย, เอื้องผึ่ง. This name is accepted name for the species in the family Orchidaceae subfamily Cypripedioideae, and under infraspecific classification, it is in the subgenus Brachypetalum . This species is found in China (SE. Yunnan, SW. Guizhou, W. Guangxi) to Indo-China.
